We use this information to respond, coordinate availability with relevant rental providers, keep a record of the request and prevent abuse.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional. It is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics” in the privacy banner. If accepted, it helps us understand page visits, booking interest and website performance. You can reject analytics and still use every booking and contact feature.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with the relevant local rental provider when necessary to answer or fulfil your request. The website also uses hosting and email-delivery services to store and transmit requests. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests only as long as reasonably needed for booking coordination, customer service, legal obligations and dispute prevention. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion in some cases.
